Poverty. This essay analyzes and illustrates two works that illuminate the tragedy that has befallen human happiness in all times and spaces.
In both plays, the rich and the poor are separated, and what is highlighted is that the rich look at life only with their own eyes, and the poor with their own eyes. one belonging to the same class is rosemary while the other is the wife of the Turobjon. While a rosemary wonders if a girl doesn’t have enough money for a cup of tea, the turobjon’s wife sees a single granate as a dream.
Although at the beginning of the play she looks like a rosemary generous and white volunteer, it later becomes clear that she was attracted to the girl by what she read in books. When she sees that the only compliment she has not heard from her husband is addressed to her, she simply throws her out into the street,given enough money for a cup of tea. The character of the second work is the wife of a Turobjon, a real Uzbek woman who endured all hardships. but she, too, cannot bear the hardship caused by poverty, and puts her husband in trouble.
In conclusion, inequality and stratification occur at all times but people should not lose themselves in their wealth and help people at a lower level than themselves. and the poor must stand tight in difficult times and tear with perseverance.
