Educational Qualification :- Bachelor’s and Master’s in design from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Technology, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Indian Institute of Craft Design, Jaipur or equivalent from reputed international design schools with minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA (55% for SC/ST candidates) and Ph.D in respective field for the Posts of Associate Professor and Professor is mandatory qualification .

* Experience of Teaching in a Design Institute of repute or relevant industrial experience only after Bachelor Degree in relevant filed.

   Qualification at UG/PG level earned through Distance Mode of Education will not be considered as valid qualification.
   
3. 
   Reservation for various categories such as SCs, BCs, Special OBCs, EWS in Gen. category, ESM, Physically Challenged persons etc. of Haryana domicile only will be as per State Govt. reservation policy.
   
4. 
   Age relaxation as per Government of Haryana guidelines. In the case of SCs, BCs, Ex-service man and woman candidates the upper age limit will be relaxable for Haryana domicile as per Haryana Government policy.
   
5. 
   Retired faculty/ Professionals may also apply. Age relaxation will be considered depending upon experience. However, the retired faculty will be considered only against contractual appointment with suitable compensation.
   
6. 
   Advance increments or higher pay scale/ relaxation in age may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
   
7. 
   In case any applicant does not fulfill the prescribed criteria but otherwise suitable may be considered as Teaching Associate or visiting Faculty on contractual/ fixed remuneration basis.
   
8. 
   Candidates with outstanding professional National/ International achievements will be given priority.
   
9. 
   Boards of Governors/ Society may relax qualification or experience in case of otherwise exceptionally qualified candidates.
   
10. 
    Candidates who have applied earlier need not apply again.
