All Horses must be AMHA Registered in order to Show.

AMHA Judge Evaluation Cards will be made available to each exhibitor by the Show Management

All Senior Stallions are required to present a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for cryptorchidism or monorchidism to the Show Management
prior to entering this AMHA Show.
4. Premiums Rosette Ribbons for first through sixth place. Special Ribbons to all Reserve Champions. Special Ribbons or Awards to all Champions/ Grand Champions & Supreme Halter Horses.
5. Concessions Food and beverages will be available on the grounds throughout the day. A Photographer will be available.
6. Starting Time The show starts at 8:30am, rain or shine. The arena is covered and located adjacent to the stabling area. The weather will not
affect the show. For the Liberty Class…Please have your labeled tape or CD delivered to the announcer’s stand by 12:00am Sunday. Make sure
tape is cued at the beginning of the music you want played or, you indicate on your CD, the correct number of the song you want played. The
announcer will not be responsible for playing the incorrect music if these instructions are not followed.

Special Needs Exhibitors are welcome and urged to participate in all shows. Pattern #1 will be used in Showmanship Classes.

All Amateur and Youth must have a number. A copy of your card MUST be send with your entries. If you do not have an Amateur/Youth card, you may obtain a form at the Show (see management) to apply for one.
9. Entry Fees All Classes are TRIPLE JUDGED! 3 sets of points per class! Youth-$5 per Judge per class = $15 per class OR $75…one horse/one youth * Amateur-$9 per Judge per class = $27 per class * Open-$9 per Judge per class = $27 per class * ALL CURRENT “MHCSF” MEMBERS ARE ENTITLED TO A 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL CLASS FEES! Special Needs & Newcomer classes are FREE. Please let us know if you need special accommodations. This show is approved by and will be conducted under the rules & regulations of AMHA.
10. Entry Deadline Entries MUST be received by mail or fax by May 16th, 2011. Completed entry forms, a copy of the Registration papers (front & back), current measurement card, negative current Coggins & Check/Money order for all pertinent charges, must be included with each
entry. Make all checks payable to: Miniature Horse Club of South Florida (MHCSF). Mail to: Marilyn Gilchrist *917 NE 40th Ave. * Ocala, FL 34470 * Phone: 352-694-2337. Please Note: A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
11. Late Entries Entries received after May 16th, 2011, will be assessed a one time late fee of $10 per horse. This will be STRICTLY
ADHERED TO so the show can begin on-time and avoid an influx of new entries the morning of the show. Exhibitors & Horses already entered
may add/ drop classes without additional fees being assessed, but must do so on the special “Show Manager’s” form at least 3 classes in advance.
12. Stalls $55 per Stall/weekend. NO MORE THAN 2 HORSES ALLOWED PER STALL! Stall fee includes first shavings (not to be removed from grounds). Additional shavings can be purchased for $6.00 per bag.
Showing out of trailer: Grounds fee is $15 per horse per day for showing out of your trailer, PLUS $15 per trailer (parked in designated area). Horses are NOT to be left in the sun without shade AND ARE NOT TO BE LEFT TIED AT THE WASH RACK UNLESS BEING WASHED!!!
13. PA System Announcements to the Stable area are a mgmt-courtesy-not mandatory. Exhibitors are responsible to be on time for their class.

All Dogs are to be leashed or penned at all times. Loose dogs will be impounded and will cost the owner $25 to retrieve.

16. Measuring All horses are required to be measured or present current measurement cards prior to receiving show packets. Measuring
will be held after the close of events on Saturday (time to be announced) and again on Sunday morning from 7:00am to 7:45am. If you will be arriving after these times, please contact the show manager to make special arrangements for measuring your horse(s). All Miniature Horses must meet AMHA height requirements by measuring 34” or less.

19. DIRECTIONS TO SHOW FACILITY: From I95 or the Florida Turnpike Go West on Hwy 70 toward Okeechobee. The Agri-Civic Center is on the left just East of Hwy 710. From Hwy 27 South of Sebring continue to Hwy 98 South to Okeechobee to East on Hwy 70 for approx 6 miles. From Yeehaw Junction Hwy 441 South to Hwy 70 East 3.5 miles. From Tampa I75 South to Hwy 70 through Okeechobee. Continue on Hwy 70 approximately 3.5 miles.
