Any OEM of transceivers registered under Company Act, 1956 or through its authorized dealer(s) registered either under Company Act, 1956 or Partnership Act; can bid the tender for its product(s)/service(s).

14 of 69 Clause-2.21. - vi. Award Criteria


The bidder submitting the lowest pricing for all the four components (Survey, Supply and Services) mentioned below in a), b) & c) shall be considered as L1 bidder;

a)     The quantities of BOM as defined in Annexure E for Supply, Installation & Commissioning.

b)     Various components required for the network and its centralized control (Control Room equipments, dispatcher, GPS, Maps, PC’s and Printers etc) and providing manpower thereof.

c)    Comprehensive onsite maintenance for 5 years.

d)    Infrastructure Survey of earlier BOM deployed in the districts. Annexure – K is to be referred for the details of above.

The bidder submitting the lowest pricing for all the five components (Survey, Supply and Services) mentioned below in a), b), c), d) & e) shall be considered as L1 bidder;

a) The quantities of BOM as defined in Annexure E for Supply, Installation & Commissioning.  

b) Various components required for the network and its centralized control (Control Room equipments, dispatcher, GPS, Maps, PC’s and Printers etc) and providing manpower thereof.

c) Comprehensive onsite maintenance for 5 years. 

d) Infrastructure Survey of earlier BOM deployed in the districts. Annexure – K is to be referred for the details of above.  

e) Liasoning charges for Liasoning with DOT/WPC/SACFA.

21 of 69 Clause 3.12 - i.

Installation, commissioning & acceptance - The vendor shall be responsible for delivery and installation of the equipments at site of the order and for making the network fully operational within 12 weeks for each divisional headquarter from the date of supply. If not feasible, it shall be communicated to the purchaser in writing. The period of 12 weeks shall start from the date of supply.


The period is amended from 12 weeks to 6 weeks as per clause 3.4 Delivery Schedule, sub clause iii.

Replacement of batteries and any other consumable items after one year.

If required and duly certified by local administration, Batteries will be supplied by department after the expiry of warranty

The supplier will provide after sale service during the warranty period from the respective maintenance centers set up at the Divisional Commissioner’s office premises.

Tender conditions remain unaltered. Address particulars of the Divisional Commissioner offices for setting up the Maintenance centers shall be furnished to the successful bidder.

Bidder is excluded from penalty calculation for non availability of IP at particular site; however they will liason with local administration for resolving this issue.

Bidder is responsible for the performance of the IP Link connectivity equipment provided by them.

The Items to be procured, shall be installed and commissioned at the locations as specified in the Work order/s.

These details will be provided to the successful bidder.

The WPC - Wireless Planning and Coordination wing, New Delhi had allotted the frequencies to the Government of Maharashtra in 136-174 MHZ band with emission 8K00F3E.

As per WPC regulation will be acceptable.
