The linguocultural approach to the language teaching and learning includes two aspects of communication – linguistic and cross-cultural aspects. Those who learn a foreign language are at least bi-cultural, supposedly, easily guided in national features, history, culture, customs of two countries, civilizations, the inner worlds, etc.
In conclusion, we can state that:

  learning foreign languages encompasses the cultural aspect of the language;
  
• 
  learning the cultural aspect of the language and its national peculiarities facilitates intercultural communication;
  
• 
  learning phraseological units from the linguocultural aspect allowes to bring the native and learning languages closer and become aware of national, cultural, geographical and historical peculiarities of the English people;
  
• 
  the knowledge of the linguocultural aspects of the language is believed to be crucial for developing communication skills in the target language.
