Annotation: This article explores the capabilities of systems for distance
learning and their implementation. This article describes control tests and
techniques that can be used in the system.
Keywords: degree, distance learning, Information Learning Center, teacher-
consultant, learning management system (LMS).
As you know, understanding and learning about life goes hand in hand with
the collection and processing of information. The level of knowledge of a person
is also determined by the amount or quantity of information that is absorbed by
the individual within a given period. Therefore, modern information technology
and the use of new information technologies in improving the education system
are the requirements of today. [1]
Creating high-quality and high-tech information and learning environments
is seen as a rather complex technical issue that allows for a radical
modernization of the educational system's technological base and the transition
to an open educational system that meets the requirements of society. At the
same time, it cannot be denied that creating an educational environment is not
just a technical issue. For its creation, development and use it is necessary to
fully use the scientific-methodical, organizational and pedagogical potential of
the entire education system. In this context, in the context of the modern
information and educational environment, pedagogical approaches should also
269
be taken into an account. Continuous education is a profound, comprehensive,
comprehensive education, a wide variety of forms, methods and means of
training specialists. The perfect combination of style and direction. The
interrelationship between its various components, the rational use of certain
methods and methods in educational settings, ensures the quality of continuous
education. Distance Learning (DL) is now recognized as an important part of the
open education system. At present, all educational institutions are equipped with
modern computer and telecommunication technologies. This requires a new
approach to the work of teachers. The introduction of new technologies in the
learning process will not only suppress the teacher by technical means, but will
also complicate his teaching activities. Changes the role and role of the teacher.
[3]
The environment of information education is the pedagogical system and its
education, ie logistical, financial, economic, regulatory, legal, management and
marketing. Theoretically, the basis of the entire Information Learning Center
(ILC) is the pedagogical system. It is possible to speak about a new direction of
pedagogical science that investigates the pedagogical processes in a new
structure called the ILC. We call this new direction, "Electronic Pedagogy".
According to the teaching methodology, an electronic audience or forums,
such as a team tool, may be created (opened) for each learning group. In this
case, the virtual representation of the school forms the educational and
administrative resources required for the educational process, the production
modules used for teaching a particular subject. and are created as needed. Such
modules may include:
- Teaching group on some subjects (on-line audiences - seminars
consultations);
- teleconferences (forums) on subjects (on-line audiences - seminars
consultations);
- billboards;
- system of individual consultations.
The information and learning environment sets the new role of the teacher
with the following functions, such as the pedagogical system:
- Coordination of the cognitive process;
- Correction of the taught subject;
- Advising on the development of individual training plans; - Curriculum,
adherence to study projects.

The teacher-consultant (or tutor) must demonstrate their knowledge, receive
technological, organizational, socio-economic and socio-psychological
opportunities, and receive the maximum pedagogical results.
In modern society, there are two reasons for the development of DL through
the Internet:
1. Increasing demand for educational potential of young generation,
development of information technologies, rapid exchange of knowledge in the
society, lifelong learning, the need for continuous education.
2. Development of the Internet and computer technologies, simplification of
work through computer and computer programs.
Some of the key terms currently in the DL: live interactive environments,
shortwave television, audio graphics, condensed video, teleconferences, audio
conferences and more. The current interactive environments allow for an
expanding audience.
The DL eliminates many psychological boundaries associated with the
students' unique knowledge and allows them to be more sympathetic. Being able
to work on their own ideas will help students overcome the disadvantages of
verbal communication. The openness of the DL form causes students to change
their worldview to the planetary level.
It is also important for us to integrate world-class information technologies
into the educational process to improve the quality of information technology,
general education and training. The LMS Moodle system is one of the most
advanced information technologies and the most effective technologies of
distance learning [6]. It also solves the task of developing individualized
learning methodologies on the basis of new technologies (eg, Moodle), the
formation and improvement of student knowledge. The use of distance learning
technologies in the learning process has a powerful effect on changing the
content, forms and methods of education. [2]
This system encourages us not only to evaluate students' knowledge through
the use of all types of tests, but also to learn them over and over. The student
determines his / her level of knowledge through the tests and tries to correct the
gaps. The student works hard on this system. This is the type of test that will be
selected. Such opportunities can be created in Moodle and given to students.
There are several types of tests used by Moodle technology that are as
follows:
• Closed tests,
• Open type tests (short answer tests),
• Compliance testing,
271
• Digital tests,
• Definition tests,
• True / False Tests,
• Calculated tests,
• Essay tests.
