STATUS OF LEASING SERVICES MARKET SELLERS AND OFFERS TO 
INTRODUCE DIGITAL MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

Leasing services by offering more than a hundred organizations operating in the 
country. The lessor infrastructure has been supported by the Lessor Association since 
the 2000s and is still working to improve leasing relationships and transform the 
leasing industry. 
Despite the measures taken, a number of issues in the market of leasing 
services are focused on competitiveness and promising development. In most scientific 
studies

indicates, taking into account that a type of leasing the leasing market will take 
a certain stage of development (figure 1) :

2019 local leasing services market, according to data by the Association of leasing 
issues were identified:
the development of consumption and the rapid development of leasing; expansion 
of funding sources;
access to international capital markets; Obtaining the authority to regulate leasing 
activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association;
the participants of the leasing market or training, workshops, organization of 
international conferences and forums. 
We found it necessary to study the concentration of the leasing services market 
in Uzbekistan using the Herfindl-Hirschman index. Although the domestic leasing 
services market for the last two years has not had a strong statistical nature on the 
index, i.e. the calculated HHI 
2018 
= 1276; Based on the results of HHI 
2019 
= 1271, 
a high concentration was detected. Bekiston to data of the Association of 
leasing, leasing services for the analysis of market concentration occupies more than 
half of the market share of the leading ten lessors were selected (table 1).
