Processes of purposeful use of information and communication technologies as a driving 
force for improving public administration, started a few decades ago, almost simultaneously in a 
number of western and eastern states. Information and communication technologies have 
become the basis for globalization, more and more influence on the social development.
And significant number of Internet users increases. A clear example of how increased 
demand for Internet by Center for e-Governance Development as shown below.

Those are as the reasons for development e-Government in our country. E-government - a 
system of organizational and legal measures and technical means directed at support of the 
public authorities to provide public services to individuals and legal entities through the use of 
information and communication technologies, as well as interagency electronic interaction. And 
in this case strong state support in this field acts as a stimulator of development. 
In conclusion I would like to give some needs which will be directed to develop e-
Government: Creation of an effective mechanism of interaction with entrepreneurs, investors, 
shareholders, securities market participants and citizens of the republic, which are consumers of 
the full range of services provided by state and economic management. Very relevant is the 
formation of a clear mechanism of interaction both on the level of ministries and departments 
together, and individual citizen and the state 
I think the directions which can be held will serve to effectively development of e-
Governments of Uzbekistan.
