INTRODUCTION (the dissertation abstracts of (PhD) Doctor of Philosophy) 
 
The aim of the research is to increase the coordination skills of freestyle 
wrestlers and the development of technology for improving the efficiency of 
technical and tactical actions on basis of during the competitions. 
The goals of the research: 
-to determine of the level of technical and tactical training of athletes on the basis 
of the analysis of the activities of the tournament in freestyle wrestling; 
-to determine the level of development and physical training of freestyle wrestlers; 
-to increase of systematic indicators, special equipment and training complexes and 
training programs on development of coordination skills and improvement of 
technical and tactical skills of freestyle wrestlers; 
-to develop of technologies which have been aimed at developing the coordination 
skills of athletes and improving the efficiency of their technical and tactical actions 
based on the introduction of a special set of exercises on freestyle wrestlers; 
The object of the research has taken the training process and competition 
activities which have been aimed at developing the coordination skills of qualified 
freestyle wrestlers and improving the efficiency of the technical-tactical 
movement.
