In the Complex sentences of the compared languages adverbial clauses of purpose state the purpose of the action expressed by the predicate of the principal clause. They are introduced by the conjunctions “in order that, so that, that, so, so as, lest, for fear that, in case, for the purpose that, in the hope that,” etc. in English, “деб, дея, дейишиб, учун, токи....са, шояд(ки)....са, зора(ки)....са , токи…син деб, токи…син учун”, etc. in Uzbek and “чтобы, для того чтобы, с тем чтобы, затем чтобы, дабы (книжн.), лишь бы, только бы, с целью того, чтобы…”, etc.
