1-LABORATORIYA MASHG‘ULOTI

Ma vzu. Umumbiologik qonuniyatlarga doir masala va mashqlar yechish.

Maqsad. Hayotning molekula va hujayra darajasidagi umumbiologik qonu- niyatlarga doir masalalar yechish orqali biologik obyektlarda boradigan j arayonlarni kuzatish, tajribalar o'tkazish va xulosa qilish kompetensiyasini shakllantirish.

Jihozlar. Hayotning molekula va hujayra darajasidagi umumbiologik qonu- niyatlarni aks ettiruvchi rangli rasmlar, slaydlar.

Ish tartibi.

  1. DNK va RNKning tuzilishiga doir masalalar yechish.

  2. O qsil biosinteziga doir masalalar yechish.

  3. Hujayrada energiya almashinuviga doir masalalar yechish.

IV. Xulosa.

  1. DNK va RNKning tuzilishiga doir quyida berilgan masalalarni yeching.

  1. DNK molekulasi 6000 nukleotiddan iborat. Shu DNK molekulasining uzunligini aniqlang.

  1. DNK molekulasi 3000 nukleotiddan iborat, shundan 650 tasini sitozinli nukleotidlar tashkil etadi. Shu DNK molekulasining uzunligini va boshqa nukleotidlar sonini aniqlang.

  1. Tekshirishlar natijasida i-RNK tarkibida 34% guanin, 18% uratsil, 28% sitozin, 20% adenin borligi aniqlandi. Mazkur i-RNK uchun matritsa bo‘lgan DNK tarkibidagi nukleotidlarning %larini aniqlang.

  1. GTCATGGATAGTCCTAAT nukleotidlar ketma-ketligidan iborat DNK molekulasi asosida sintezlangan i-RNK molekulasidagi nukleotidlar ketma- ketligini va oqsildagi aminokislotalar sonini aniqlang.
