Reliability Analysis
Reliability analysis was performed to determine how well each group of characteristics measured the
construct of each category. Seven of the eight categories had Cronbach Alphas of .7 or higher. The facilities
category had the lowest Cronbach Alpha (.682). If the one characteristic deemed most important by the respondents
(sanitation and safety of the facilities) was deleted, this Cronbach Alpha would increase to .700.
