TELLING CM ABOUT DISCOUNT:

  • Good news Sir. This driver gave me $50 discount and total would be for $850. Shall we book this spot? This has been the best offer I could get till now. Their safety level is good and I also keep you updated during the shipment.


IF CM SAYS “YOU TOLD ME $700 AND WHY YOU’RE INCREASING THE PRICE”:

  • Sir, my service fee is fixed which is $200. I do not add anything to that. But as we mentioned on the quote form initial price is the least you are expected to pay. Our job is to start searching for drivers starting from that price.


IF CMS AGAIN SAYS “NO”:

  • Alright Sir, let me call the driver one more time and ask if he can give me any other discount. Then will get back to you and let you know about the result.


ASKING DISCOUNT AGAIN FROM DR:

  • Hello Sir, calling regarding 2012 Honda Civic. We just talked.

  • Sir I have talked with my customer but again he did not agree for the price. Can you take it for $600?

  • (if dr says yes or gives any discount) Thank you Sir, let me quickly get back to my customer and I will let you know.


UPDATING CM ABOUT DISCOUNT:

  • Sir, driver just gave me another $50 discount and said this is the best he can do. Total is $800. If you accept this I will book the spot from trailer and driver will go today to pick up your car. If you do not agree I will keep searching for another driver but I would advise you to get this option. Because this has been the best option till now. What do you think?


IF CM SAYS “YOU ARE LYING, YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME, I HAVE A CONTRACT”

  • Sir, I am always open with my customers. Quoted price is saver rate and it is the least you are expected to pay. It is like the economy class on the plane. We do have a guaranteed price but it is far more expensive than saver rate. For our customers who are receiving different quotes from many companies we offer them our saver rate which is optimal price.

Others are also giving you the same saver rate.

  • I am not telling “the fuel price increased or driver cancelled and another one is asking more now”. These are just excuses. I am just telling the truth to make you satisfy for the payment you are giving. Trust me I am not adding in the middle for myself.


IF CM AGREES:

  • Alright let me send you revised contract so that you can sign and keep it as a confirmation to show driver. As soon as you finish this I will book the spot and send you driver’s contact.

  • I will also send you invoice for you to pay the deposit $200 and the rest $600 on the delivery in cash once you receive your car.


CALLING DRIVER:

  • I have just got confirmation from my customer Sir. Can you send me you company name? I will dispatch right away.
