Improving the level of development of a country in modern society, not only its technical
condition, but also the professional competence of specialists trained in higher education institutions.

Competence, learning, intellectual, strategy, system, expert, context.
Reforming the educational system in the country has elevated to the level of state policy, ensuring
that our children acquire modern knowledge and skills in accordance with world standards, grow up as
physically and spiritually mature people, realize their abilities, talents and intellectual potential. Great tasks
have been set, such as cultivating feelings of loyalty and devotion.
The Concept of Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030
includes students' independent learning, critical and creative thinking, systematic analysis, formation of
entrepreneurial skills, introduction of methods and technologies aimed at developing competencies in
the educational process. Important tasks such as the widespread introduction of advanced pedagogical
technologies, curricula and teaching materials based on educational standards have been identified. [1]
President Sh. Mirziyoyev in the development strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026, the system of
preschool education was highlighted and given a number of tasks. Professional development of more than
160,000 teachers in 2022-2026. Special attention was paid to improving the process of preschool education
on the basis of science-based approaches. [2]
At the same time, many reforms in the country emphasize the need to further improve the professional
competencies of teachers in improving the quality of professional training of students in the higher education
system in the development of civil society based on democratic principles. Being able to withstand strong
competition, which is a priority in the labor market in the context of market relations, shows the need to
have professional competence from each specialist, to gradually increase it. In carrying out these tasks, the
creation of effective innovative models based on the principles of multi-stage continuity, continuity and
consistency in the context of education requires the development of professional competencies of teachers.
Analysis of the activities of teachers of vocational education in higher education institutions shows that they
need to develop professional competence in their subject and the education of a harmoniously developed
generation and the ability to consistently apply them in their future careers. In modern society, the level
of development of a country is determined not only by its technical condition, but also by the professional
competence of specialists trained in higher education institutions. Modernization of the education system,
changes in the system of vocational education make it necessary to develop the professional competence
of the staff of the educational institution. At present, the state educational standards of higher professional
education are being introduced, and innovations are being widely introduced in the content and technology
of education aimed at improving the quality of training of future teachers of vocational education. The
English term “competence” literally means “ability”. The content means "the effective use of theoretical
knowledge in activities, the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, skill and ability." The
concept of “competence” means having a plan of action in unconventional situations, how a specialist
behaves in unexpected situations, communicates, takes a new approach in dealing with competitors,
performs ambiguous tasks, makes full use of contradictions, develops consistently and in complex processes.
The professional training of future educators in the context of a competent approach should be based on
the following principles:
- The principle of humanity - to create conditions for the formation of the best qualities and abilities
in the educator; humanization of the relationship between the educator and the children, respect for the
personality of the future specialist, understanding of his requests, interests, dignity, upbringing of a humane,
sincere, kind, compassionate person
- The principle of democratization is the elimination of offenses, which is an authoritarian style of
communication. Perception of the future educator as the highest social value, the definition of his right to
freedom, the development of pedagogical skills
- The principle of competence - the creation of conditions for the development of the necessary
components of the pedagogical competence of the graduate
- The principle of problem-solving means that the future specialist is focused on solving real pedagogical
problems. Helps in spiritual self-awareness
- The principle of technological unity of the educational process - the use of new knowledge, educational
