PECULIARITIES OF A LAWYER'S SPEECH IN COURT

INTRODUCTION

• The dissertation is concerned with the problems which belongs to law structure. The concept of "research of language and speech culture", like the concept of "speech culture", has opened up new areas of linguistic research, and, of course, the need to study and analyze the normative situation in language and speech, along with the development of society In solving these problems, a number of factors were taken into account, such as the domestic, spiritual and enlightenment life of the people, socio-philosophical and aesthetic worldview, customs and traditions.
• Forms of speech and their legal activity is a very important and topical subject in the science of lexicology. This gave me a lot of opportunities to develop the whole field of science, to go deeper into the details, to determine the importance of legal issues. These theories influenced not only lexicology, but also the important sciences of logic, psycholinguists, psychology, and others. These theories are difficult to understand because they require special attention and a good knowledge of the science of lexicology. Furthermore, in this dissertation I do not want to be limited to just a legal theory of natural language, but I will try to describe the form of such a theory.
