In this document, competencies are divided into the following groups: Communicative - Ability to use language and social knowledge Linguistics – Using and comprehension from language Pragmatic - Ability to use language in the desired context + Cultural awareness Digital Literacy - The use of digital technology in language learning process Linguistic competence- implying the knowledge about language materials (phonetics, vocabulary, grammar) and speaking skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)4.
Communicative competence should be improved by ensuring the continuity of teaching foreign language at all levels of education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and also for future of the next generation in a multicultural world. By combining the process of education and upbringing, language learners learn about other nationalities and a sense of respect for the culture, customs and traditions of the people.
By providing the basic knowledge of foreign language skills to 6-7 year olds in preschool education, their communicative, playful, social, and cognitive competencies will be developed with the process of cognition. The child listens to the speech, watches videos and begins to enter the foreign language environment through comprehension. Foreign languages in general secondary schools are taught in some purposes which are practical, educational, cultural, and developmental. In order to achieve the practical goal of teaching a foreign language in the school curriculum. Learners have to take information by the help of listening and reading in foreign language.
The general purpose of foreign language teaching is useful life information through the means of language that are studied and new simple information about the language. Improving the general level of the student, having new information about the language which are learning and the culture, developing a culture of communication, to increase thinking ability are achieved. Basically in achieving this goal, linguistic, strategic (compensatory), educational-cognitive, discursive abilities are improved.
The educational purpose of teaching a foreign language is to give students an ideological, intellectual upbringing.
The developmental goal of foreign language teaching represents to improve the mental, emotional and motivational personality of the students. The student receives intellectual and spiritual nourishment and he tries to speak their feelings in communication.
The purpose of learning a foreign language in the secondary special education system is continuing to study in higher education and using the knowledge possessed from foreign language in daily activities higher education, studying sciences. -training of competitive and high-potential personnel who can meet the needs of consumers in the higher education system; - advanced training and retraining of foreign language specialists in higher education activation and adaptation of the system to modern requirements;
