critical technical skills could help accelerate technological convergence, 
entrepreneurship, and innovation. Outsource parts of educational services 
to the private sector, and integrate digital competencies into blended
learning curricula. 
Develop an affordable and functional labor market information 
system to facilitate the training and matching of skills with employers’ 
demands. 
A system that can store and connect data from institutions, 
employers, and job seekers is needed. It will enable accountability and 
skills development and improve the governance of the labor market sector. 
To further align skills with demand, harmonize job and skill classifications 
according international standards. Provide electronic systems to ensure 
efficient data collection.
