consequence of the author‘s language game, i.e. free combination of language units in

The methods currently presented in modern linguistics the teachings of
functional-semantic neologisms are implemented within the framework of
various approaches to the study of neoplasms. Traditionally, the structural-semantic
direction remains the leading one, within which the structural-semantic characteristic
is carried out and classification of neoplasms, definition of word formation methods
and models on which new derivatives are created. Through the use descriptive-
analytical method, tremendous work has been done on description of two subsystems
of word formation: usual and occasional. At the same time, in recent decades, the
insufficiency of studies of neoplasms within the framework of structural and semantic
analysis, which excludes
―a native speaker, the human factor from the problems of

.[5] The continuous emergence of new words, the need for their semantic
interpretation, and analysis of the semantic volume of new words, definition and
functioning explains the interest of the meaning of linguists in neologisms.
Neologisms appear in a language or as a result of borrowing words from other
languages or as a result of their formation on the basis of the lexical and grammatical
material of the English language. However, the peak of globalization has passed, and
today languages do not exchange elements of vocabulary at such a high level.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the study of neologisms of recent decades shows
that the vector of development of the English language is changing towards the
creation of new words at the expense of its own resources. [5] Modern English has
many ways of forming new words, which include compounding, conversion,
abbreviations, adjectivization, substantivization, reverse word formation, functional-
semantic method, alternation of sounds and stress transfer in a word (phonological
method), etc.
