INTRODUCTION
In accordance with the resolution of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5117 of May 19, 2021 “on measures to bring the activities of popularization of foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level”, as well as in order to effectively implement organizational measures to popularize the study of foreign languages, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5117 of May 19, 2021 “on measures to bring the activity of popularization of foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level:
In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the positions of the agency for the popularization of foreign languages and the agency's territorial representatives of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent have been established;

The most popular used language is English throughout the world which plays a great role in modern age. Learning English has become more important for many people and has played an necessary function in the manner of globalization and understanding explosion it is the most frequent skill of conversation around the world in order to experience, study and business at this time. Speaking fluently, understanding easily, making communication are the main purpose of all learners. This, over the years various people have suggested that ELT1carries imperialist influences. This has sometimes been associated with the imposition of a foreign language on native languages, which has led to them being given a secondary status along with the cultures they represent. At other times, the teaching of English was seen as a tool to promote the economic, cultural or religious values ​​of the dominant world powers.
Today, modern teachers teaching students the language know many techniques and methods. The theme of this presentation is also related to one of the teaching methods - the communicative approach to language. This publication aims to study the effectiveness of the use of teaching methods in English classes. Because it can improve students' understanding of the language. In addition, learning to communicate allows students to become more confident in communicating with other people, and they enjoy talking more. The example section contains detailed information about the importance of learning English, the role of a teacher.
Over the past few decades, technology has become an integral part of many homes around the world. His influence has penetrated into all spheres of life, including the teaching of English. 1The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of integrating media technology into ELT classrooms and to statistically analyze how this helps students acquire four language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and speaking.
