CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL 
OFFER 
11.1. Informing consumers about the conditions of 
the Promotional Offer is carried out by posting the 
relevant information on the Organizer's website 
indicated below and on the labels of the Products. 
The Organizer is not responsible for the further use of 
the prizes awarded to the Participants. The 
manufacturer is responsible for the quality of 
promotional prizes. 
The Organizer does not bear responsibility or risks 
associated with the unavailability of communications, 
the Internet, technical failures and other man-made 
circumstances. 
The Organizer does not bear responsibility or risks 
regarding further use of the Prizes awarded to the 
Participants. Responsibility for the quality of 
Samsung TVs and branded T-shirts lies with their 
manufacturer, and for the quality of services and 
works that make up the Main Prize, with the 
respective performers and contractors. 
Images of Prizes in promotional materials may differ 
from the Prizes being distributed (for example, in 
color, proportions, etc.). 
The Organizer is not liable to the Participants and 
other third parties in the event of force majeure, 
including, without exception, natural disasters, fires, 
floods, hostilities of any nature, blockades, 
significant changes in the current legislation of the 
Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other force 
majeure circumstances, the occurrence of which does 
not depend (or depended) on the will and control of 
the Organizer.
