Participant confirms that he/she is fully acquainted 
with and agrees with these Rules, and also confirms 
his/her consent (and is ready to additionally provide 
the appropriate written consent to the use and 
processing of his/her personal data immediately at the 
request of the Organizer for: 
(a) participation in advertising interviews in 
connection with participation in the Promotional 
Offer, including for radio and television, as well as 
for other media (including the Internet, social 
networks); and 
(b) taking photos and videos of the Participant by the 
Organizer, operator (or the Organizer) of the 
Promotional Offer and/or third parties on the 
instructions of the Organizer; and 
(c) use of the made photo and video recordings with 
the Participant (without the need to obtain additional 
consent of the Participant for such use and without 
paying any remuneration to the Participant for such 
use), including in the media (radio, television, 
Internet) in advertising purposes, with the right to

Организатор оплатит налог на доходы физических 
лиц, начисленный в связи получением Призов 
Участниками

документов 
Участниками.
 
Любые расходы, издержки, налоги и пошлины, 
которые могут возникнуть в связи с получением 
Приза(-ов), несет Участник, получающий Приз(-ы), 
кроме тех, которые берет на себя Организатор. 
Организатор не несет ответственности за любые 
расходы и издержки, которые могут возникнуть у 
Участника(-ов) включая, но не ограничиваясь 
расходами вызова номеров горячей линии, посещения 
веб-сайта Организатора, получения Приза(-ов) и / или 
посещения Организатора и / или региональных 
отделений 
Организатора 
включая, 
но

ограничиваясь оплатой проезда и проживания в связи 
с участием в этой Промо-акции.
