Scope

Project objectives:

Successfully establish international medical university in Tashkent by October 2021 with full capacity of teaching and learning facilities. The project includes educational specialization of the university, partnership options, work break down structure, cost analysis of establishing a university, human resource allocation, risk management and creation of web-site for the university. The scope of the project does not include legal matters of the projects since they are implemented by the partner governmental organizations.

Deliverables:

   Get approval of stakeholders and make a start the cooperation with university

   Find location for university campus
