Customer satisfaction always should be the main purpose for the bank process. Complains we can see daily in business but if customer give correct information and it need to change then bank is responsible to correct mistakes. It well known that in bank system customer are always right and bank services for them. In many developed countries people visit banks for different type of purposes. They spend much amount for daily bank transactions, banking to accounts, credit card issues and so on. In return they have to get good services.
