We can deduce from these answers that many teachers agree with the idea of improving students’ ability to use grammatical rules in real life communication as the objective of grammar teaching. Some teachers think it is important to see how well students can apply the grammatical rules in their grammar exercises and to consider students’ grammatical correctness (accuracy) in their writing tests. In a word, although every teacher

has his or her own opinion about the objective of grammar teaching many of them agreed with the importance of improving students’ ability to use grammatical rules in real life communication.
