Ethical decision making

There are 5 things an international business should focus in ethical decision making:

- Recruitment and promote individuals with good personal ethics

- Build an organizational culture that places high value on ethical behavior

- Ensure that business leaders not only illustrate high ethical values but also promote them to subordinates

- Put decision making process pass through ethical test

- Develop moral courage.
Languages

Language is more than a communication tool with each other. It helps to define a culture and a religion.

Written Languages

There are many written languages in the world. Among them English is the most widely used as the business language. People write letters, send e-mails, sign contracts and other legal documents in English. Chinese will excel in the number of people using the language. With the development of modern technologies it became easier to communicate.

Spoken Languages

There are several spoken languages in the world. As people travel between different countries around the world, the importance of a common spoken language like English cannot be underestimated. At the same time value of the local language is high for marketing because some words in English can have an opposite meaning in the local language.

Unspoken Language

Unspoken Language refers to non verbal communication. A failure to understand the non-verbal cues of another culture can lead to a communication failure.
