as of the first quarter of 2020, it issued 20,881,541,000 ordinary shares and 
673,425,000 preferred shares. The price of 1 ordinary share is 33.47 soums, and the

The difficulty of diversification of securities in the country is that the stock 
market is illiquid. That is, there is no mass demand and supply for stocks. Based on the 
above information, it would be expedient to focus on the following in the activation of 
commercial banks in Uzbekistan in the securities market: 
-
Ensuring the sale of securities of commercial banks of our country on 
international stock exchanges; 
-
Increasing the types of securities issued by commercial banks; 
-
It is necessary to introduce tax incentives for securities transactions by banks 
on the stock exchange. 
Implementation of the above measures will increase the competitiveness of 
banks in the stock markets, allowing them to operate not only in the national stock 
market, but also internationally.
