The  proposed  textbook  on  the  course  “Electrical  Measurements  and  Instrumentation”  is  written 
according to a model program developed on the basis of State educational standards and prepared as 
a textbook for Electrical Engineering  BS degree students of higher educational institutions, covers 
all  materials  on  modern  methods  and  tools  for  measuring  electrical,  non-electrical  and  magnetic 
quantities.  It  can  also  be  used  by  scientists,  technicians  and  engineers,  graduate  students    and 
researchers.
