HEALTH, KEEPING FIT


1)How can you tell whether a website is reliable or not?
Well, I think it's possible if you … of the website. For example, the … can .com or the … can be .uz which are not so reliable often. But if the … is say go for or its official website, its governmental websites which ends up with these … you can take reliable information or reliable things from those websites.


2) Do you think people are healthier now than in the past?
Yes they are, because nowadays we have much better understanding about health. The field of medicine is quite more developed than in the past and nowadays people are also more optimistic towards the health. And, they are more cautious which makes our contemporaries healthier than our past counterparts.


3) What activities can schools organize for children to keep fit?
Well, they should allocate some time for physical activities. Because physical activities can make us healthy and this has been proven many times by scholars, by ordinary citizens. So school should allocate more time on these kind of activities.


4) What can governments do to improve people's health?
Well I think they should decrease the price of medical treatments. Because at times people simply do not want to go to a medical clinic. Because they cost too much and they have to bear all of the diseases keeping them insight. For example, I used to have one acquaintance who used to suffer from a very serious disease which could be cured. And, it was very expensive to cure that. Therefore she simply didn't want to go to get treatments. Because it would cost exorbitant sums and she opted for spending that sums of money on her children rather than getting treatments. And, I think governments should take a role of a facilitator and cope with these challenges.


5) What do people in your country do to keep fit?
Well, all of the old people that I myself know in my country do jogging in the mornings. I myself am an active jogger and in the morning I tend to jog very much. And, whenever I go jogging I tend to see a lot of old people who jog or at least they do some brisk walking in order to keep themselves fit. But besides that they also go to resort areas to get a relaxation by a scene like a relaxing and vey appealing pleases of the nature and get medical treatments, as well.
