2) What is the good things about working for a big company?
Much greater experience first of all. Because in big companies you can communicate with different people also not so frequently but still you can communicate. And, you tend to have diversity of ideas and diversity of experience gain through communicating with those people. And, you can become more tolerant. Because in big companies there are not only certain nations but also multinations that work together and you can become more tolerant by seeing black people or tight eyed people or white people whoever.
3) Should big companies be punished more seriously than small companies?
I wouldn't say that the punishment should be relied from the size of the company. We should consider the misdeed that the company has made and give punishments accordingly.


4) Is it difficult to get promotion at a large companies?
Yeah I think it is the case indeed in large companies. Because large companies tend to have greater competition between workers and in order to get a promotion one should be very competitive and should be outstanding and always should depict all of the ostentatious skills that makes that worker above other people.
5) Are there many big companies in your country?
No they are not big. We have only a few big companies. Because I think this is the result of a huge monopoly which is a big concern here in Uzbekistan.


6) How can a small company grow big?
Well that's quite a difficult question. Because my knowledge about companies and the size like the ways of improvement is quite limited. But still I think it's possible to rise the scope and rise the quality by working harder. Because even the biggest companies used to be small at their start and they managed to become big and to become quite big names because of their hard work. They worked for longer hours, they hired more people and they hired more talented people and established greater like company culture which includes a greater spirit of team and rise big.
