INTRODUCTION
“Think Indonesia and tourism, and first thing that comes to mind is probably Bali”

Nowadays, people have more leisure time. Many countries have invested money in facilities and infrastructure that make it easier for tourists, such as roads, airports and hotels. Ageing population – people are able to travel in the free time that they have. As well as tourism boosts the revenue of the economy, creates thousands of jobs, and develops the infrastructure of cultural exchange between foreigners and citizens. The number of jobs created by tourism in many different areas is significant¹.
On 2 December 2016 President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev² signed a decree titled "About measures for ensuring the accelerated development of tourist branch of the Republic of Uzbekistan" that envisaged the establishment of a visa-free regime for citizens of 15 countries as well as a visa-free regime for citizens of 12 countries who are older than 55. Those visitors would only be required to pay an entry fee on arrival. This is planned to be in place by 2020.
However, on 22 December 2016 a new decree was adopted by the President of Uzbekistan amending the decree from 2 December 2016, postponing the visa-free regime until 1 January 2021. The amending decree also said that the list of countries whose citizens would benefit from the visa-free access may be revised on the basis of dynamics of development of bilateral relations, the situation on the world tourism market and the current situation in the sphere of international and regional security.
On 10 February 2018 Uzbekistan abolished visa requirements for 7 countries: Israel, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Turkey.
Indonesia citizens do not need a visa for travelling to the stay is Uzbekistan. The stay is usually short with a period of 1 month and visa expires in 30 days. Applicant is not required to be present when applying for Indonesia tourist visa. A total of 4 documents are required for applying Indonesia tourist visa. The object of the course work is a set of relations between the tourism types covering the dynamics of tourism in the country and contains a lot of statistics.
The subject of the course work is the mechanism and problems of managing the development of tourism dynamics in the country, the system of socio-economic connection associated with the improvement.
The course work consists of introduction, 2 chapters, conclusion and recommendations, as well as a list of references.
The first chapter represent the state’s entry into the tourism industry, its role in the economy, the role and significance of the dynamics in tourism, and the factors influencing development.
The second section depict the impact of Indonesian tourism types on the dynamics and the reasons for the decline in tourism, as well as the attitude of the state in solving them. At the end of the data, statistical analysis is presented too.
In the concluding part, briefly describes Indonesian’s contacts with our country, the decisions and initiatives of the countries in the field of tourism, as well as description of applied information technologies.
Tourism, the act and process of spending time away from home in pursuit of recreation, relaxation, and pleasure, while making use of the commercial provision of services as well as tourism is a dynamics and competitive industry that requires the ability to adapt constantly to customers’ satisfaction, safety and enjoyment are particularly the focus of tourism businesses.³
Tourism enhance the peace, prosperity and happiness in the society and improves the universal friendship concept. Tourism can cause economic development through its impact on employment, enhancement of infrastructures, generation of income taxes, exports, profits and acceleration of global peace.
Overview, industrial dynamics is basically dedicated to the study of the drivers of the evolution of industries. In this sense, the analysis of the dynamics of the industry seeks to capture major variables driving the processes of entry or exit, innovation and growth, and system dynamics (SD) is a method that has the ability to capture the dynamic behavior of a complex system over time. The tourism industry, due to the myriad of interactions among its sectors, can be considered as a complex system. Therefore, SD has drawn the attention of tourism researchers over the last two decades. The beaches in Bali, diving sites in Buna ken, Mount Broom in East Java, Lake Toba and various national parks in Sumatra are just a few examples of popular scenic destinations. These natural attractions are complemented by a rich cultural heritage that reflects Indonesia’s dynamic history and ethnic diversity.
Tourism provided Indonesia with valuable foreign exchange inflows, in the form of international tourism receipts, as well as investments and capital in tourism – related businesses. For the local economy in Indonesia, tourism usually brought infrastructure improvements, as well as creating jobs. Tourism has brought a lot more jobs to the island, many of which are paid better than other opportunities.Over the next five years, we have received an objective assessment of the contribution of our country and raised it to the level of the state. Numerous conferences have been held and efforts are being made to strengthen ties with Central and South-Eastern countries, also, including new programs with Indonesia.It is estimated that nearly nine percent of Indonesia’s total national workforce is employed in the tourism sector. Currently, Indonesia’s tourism sector accounts for approximately four percent of the total economy. By 2019, the Indonesian government wants to have doubled this figure to 8 percent of GDP⁴ (Green Domestic Product), an ambitious target which implies that within the next four years, the number of visitors needs to double to about 20 million⁵.
