Lockup and Delivery Schedule 
 
The Number of Tokens Purchased shall be delivered and released to the Purchaser in accordance 
with the following schedules: 
Option 1 
 
Price Per Token: $4.50 per Token
Maximum Purchase Amount: USD $500
Release Schedule: 
• 
40 day lockup followed by 20% release every month starting on or around March 8, 
2022 
Option 2 
 
Price Per Token: $3.33 per Token
Maximum Purchase Amount: USD $500
Release Schedule: 
• 
3 month lockup followed by 20% release every 2 months starting on or around April 25, 
2022 
In all cases, delivery of the applicable number of the Tokens shall be deemed complete and to 
have complied with this Token Sale Terms and Conditions as long as delivery is completed 
within ten days of the applicable delivery date set forth above.
