Summary 5minutes
Summarise the session by emphasizing that it is of great importance for learners of English to be able to distinguish between time and tense, tense and aspect. For instance, the Present is a tense, whereas the Present Perfect is an aspect of the Present tense.
Moreover, the role of adverbs and adverbials is just as important in expressing the future meaning as verbs in conveying the present and past meanings.
 Ask participants to reflect on today’s sessions and write in their learning diaries. Allow 15 minutes. Remind participants they can continue writing outside the training room as much as they wish.
