INTRODUCTION
Spoken language is a fast, automatic process that it is difficult to think
and then proceed. Speech and reasoning are realized at the same time. In
other words, it is realized during the speech. Oral speech is personal,
individual activity. Therefore, neither the thoughtful statement, nor the
colloquial style of speech, nor the expressions of sound, are similar to each
other. Oral speech also depends on the mood, nature, as well as the situation,
the healthy and normal functioning of the speech organs.
It is not difficult to
notice the difference between a person's speech at a time of sick time and his
speech at a healthy, spiritual trigger. A person does not pay enough attention
to his speech as writing when he speaks. When speaking in a certain period

of time, one feels that he has made a mistake in his speech, the next state of
speech can not be as if he is disappointed. Oral speech will have a specific
grammatical structure and the order of construction. In it, it is observed that
the sentence fragments fall, shrink, exchange, repeat, contain unnecessary
elements. The oral speech the meaning is realized through the ottenks, the
signs of confirmation or denial in the relationship, the means of tone,
pronunciation, sign.
This type of speech requires each person to quickly
understand the opinion of his interlocutor, to quickly understand the word
necessary in the conversation, to quickly find the word necessary in the
conversation, to explain the meaning of each word in relation to the text, to
find and use the applicable, appropriate synonym of the word. Naturally, in
oral speech there will not be time to choose a thoughtful word. Accordingly,
the words that were in the consumption before and were remembered are
used.
This situation is more observed especially in students of the 5th grade.
They use the most simple and familiar words for themselves, because they
do not always fully understand the meaning of the words they use, the lack
of vocabulary wealth. The main goal of the cultivation of oral speech in
students is to be able to quickly find the words that correspond to the
thought being described, to make a plan that systematizes the thought
during the speech, to teach his own opinion to be persuasive and decisive,
and, finally, to cultivate the ingenuity in the students. It is necessary to
achieve that, let the schoolchildren also notice the inaccuracies in the speech
process, be able to critically look not only at the speech of strangers, but also
at the shortcomings in his speech. The perception of the non-application of
the word in speech can be an open view of the conscious and logical
approach to speech in the reader.
Oral speech is also a process of creativity.
In it, a person discovers extraordinary unique thoughts, ideas, artistic
expressions. There are a number of functional manifestations of oral speech,
which give colorful to written speech. Increases its effectiveness. Daily

colloquial speech, speakers speech, radio and media speech, stage speech
each of these requires a separate study. “
Oral speech is formed relatively in
the process of transition from the primary class to the higher, that is, to the
5th class. Oral speech of schoolchildren at this age will be in the simplest
form, they will carry out the speech process in the case when they use the
words that are constantly accompanying them” [5,63]. In order to formulate
oral speech in them, it is necessary to give instructions on the development
of speech skills during lessons aimed at developing native language and
literature, as well as other speech.
Literature lessons are of particular importance in the cultivation of
oral speech in the 5th grade students. The development of oral culture of
students depends on the quality of literature teaching. At the same time, the
development of the culture of speech dictates the organization of such
classes as lexical exercises, re-storytelling, statement, essay in the lesson. A
distinctive feature of the development of students ' speech in their lessons is
that the teacher in the lesson achieves that by reading, memorizing,
developing expressive speaking skills, they master the rules of writing, the
legalities of the word art, develop their literary speech. In the literature of
this class, fairy tales and stories that are interesting to students are given.
Every reader who reads them will have different impressions, and each
reader will approach him in a situation that is caused by his own world of
imagination, and the method of storytelling will also be different, that is,
understanding and acceptance will be an unusual process in everyone. It is
also necessary to pay attention to some aspects in the cultivation of oral
speech of students. In particular, not all students in the 5th grade can freely
express their opinion, therefore, in the questions posed as assignments,
attention should also be paid to the situation of similar pupils. Even if they
can not express their thoughts, they should at least have the opportunity to
memorize the story told or given by the teacher in mind. In the school
experience, there are full, concise, selective, and creative re-storytelling

types. For students of the 5th grade, it is much easier to retell the text in full
or close to the text, while other types are relatively difficult. The teacher's
question on the content of the story, which was read again in the storytelling,
should focus on giving the reader an idea of the details of the story, the cause
and consequences of the connection between certain events.
