Your three-night South Bethany experience will include the comforts of a spacious beach-block home, which can sleep up to 11. With its fully equipped kitchen, plentiful indoor and outdoor seating, and books, board games, movies, beach gear and bicycles available for your enjoyment, this house is perfect for a gathering of friends, a family reunion, or a beachside office retreat.

Ideally located right off of Route 1 in South Bethany, you will be a walk across the street from McCabe’s Gourmet, Misaki Sushi, Grotto Pizza, and shops. The house is a short drive or bike ride from downtown Bethany Beach’s many restaurants, shops and boardwalk, as well as all the attractions of nearby Eastern Shore beach towns Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City.

House also features outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, cable TV and wireless Internet, and parking for up to five cars.

You will be able to schedule your stay for a date mutually agreed upon by beach house owner and auction item winner. Available dates are between October 15 and April 30, excluding Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas week and President’s Day Weekend.
House rents for $3,995 for peak season weeklong stays.
