Local food and beverages as one of factors to development tourism at local level

One of the ways of developing local tourism is local food produced in a domestic or regional area with specifics and characteristics belong to that certain local destination due to its traditions and production process of factory establishment [ CITATION Eri13 \l 1033 \m Sun13]. Usually, the local food production process is interconnected with local tourism destinations, because of this it can generate extra profit to the local economy of the regional or domestic area [ CITATION Hal12 \l 1033 ]. Gastronomy and Wine have been analyzed as crucial factors to increase local tourism importance in many kinds of research as well as projects [ CITATION Hal15 \l 1033 \m Hja02 \m Mos06 \m Tel96]. Local food is developed by business sets [ CITATION Eri15 \l 1033 \m Tel96]. The several actors in-network or entrepreneurial network who collaborates and develops local food tourism [ CITATION Boe16 \l 1033 ] with entrepreneurial characteristics [ CITATION Sch34 \l 1033 \m Sha00]. The members in the entrepreneurial networks get profit for participation [ CITATION Boe16 \l 1033 ]. This can be called a social network too that represents social motivations and relationships and et cetera [ CITATION Ald86 \l 1033 \m Gra73 \m Ulh05]. All members of networks are not entrepreneurs, several entrepreneurs are enough to work as the entrepreneurial network [ CITATION Boe16 \l 1033 ]. Co-working with local food entrepreneurs and local tourism actors can increase the level of local tourism due to the local food aspect that attracts potential tourists [ CITATION Boe16 \l 1033 ].
