CONCLUSION
Nowadays the demand of learning English is increasing year by year. A great number of people speak English very well over the world. In some countries English in the second language and in others it is as a foreign language. And also in Uzbekistan the government pays a great attention to teach English deeply at schools, in secondary and high educational system. As well as adult people who work in different jobs, want to learn and speak English perfectly. We all need English for different activity in life, to read foreign literature to use Internet, to communicate with foreigners' language. Language has a lot of branches to teach and they are connected with each other. Grammar is one of them. Most language learners know grammar well, they have enough vocabulary base and they can express their thoughts in written and orally, but they have difficulties to use words in society. That is why English teacher's responsibility is to teach their students, pupils to speak perfectly without a lot of pauses.
The actuality of my course work shows that the use of verbal phrases are very important in our Oral speech. It makes a significant role in lexical fond of English. Outstanding scientist Iogan Smith considers these expressions are one of the most relevant in Modem English. He wrote we have also in English a curious kind of verb + preposition or adverb phrases, such as to give up, to make up, to turn out, to take off and others. On this kind of formation the 21st century was especially rich and gave birth to many such modem expressions as cut out :
The child sat on the floor cutting out pictures from the magazine (Bola polda o'tirib jumaldan suratlami kesib olardi).
The alarm clock went off jerking Martin out of sleep (Budilnik soat jiringlab Martinni uyg'otib yubordi).
Verbs of these kind though often colloquial, add an idiomatic power to the language and enable it to express many fine distinctions of thought and meaning. As to the point of view W.C.Ball, these verbal phrases are very important in our colloquial speech, in our every day life. The English language will be very poor without them. On his book English in future C.H.Jagger explains that these verbal phrases organize the whole English language. So as to Dixon, he said: The student may learn grammar and with time, aquire an adequate vocabulary, but without a working knowledge of such expressions as to put off, to get along, to call at, to drop in, to look up, to look for and so on, his speech remains awkward and useless.
These verbal phrases have semantical, grammatical and stylistical peculiarities. The following examples are illustrated to prove it. These verbal phrases mostly used with gerund:
He was afraid of sitting alone under the tree after work, in the field.
The task is difficult, it depends on your preparing.

I am proud of being a good student of the English department.
Did you succeed in learning English systematically?
Why did you suspect of me stealing your diamond? (Nega siz mendan brilliantni o'g'irlashda shubhalandinggiz?)
the child was not afraid of remaining alone but he was afraid of remaining of such a stormy night.
They kept on talking.
