effective responses for variances, and corrective and preventive actions.

Milestone list.

 Described in Section 6.2.3.3. The milestone list shows the scheduled dates for specific milestones 

and is used to check if the planned milestones have been met.

Quality reports.

 Described in Section 8.2.3.1. The quality report includes quality management issues; 

recommendations for process, project, and product improvements; corrective actions recommendations 

(includes rework, defect/bugs repair, 100% inspection, and more); and the summary of findings from the 

Control Quality process.

Risk register.

 Described in Section 11.2.3.1. The risk register provides information on threats and opportunities 

that have occurred during project execution.
