Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix. 

A matrix that compares current and desired stakeholder 

engagement levels.

Stakeholder Engagement Plan. 

A component of the project management plan that identifies the strategies and actions 

required to promote productive involvement of stakeholders in project or program decision making and execution.

Stakeholder Register. 

A project document including the identification, assessment, and classification of project 

stakeholders.

Standard. 

A document established by an authority, custom, or general consent as a model or example.

Start Date. 

A point in time associated with a schedule activity’s start, usually qualified by one of the following: actual, 

planned, estimated, scheduled, early, late, target, baseline, or current.
