Texnologiya o‘quv jarayonlariga ko‘proq ta‘sir qilishi 
shubhasizdir. Har bir til sinfi odatda qandaydir texnologiyadan foydalanadi.
Texnologiya til o‘rganishga yordam berish va yaxshilash uchun ishlatilgan.
Texnologiya o‘qituvchilarga sinfdagi faoliyatni moslashtirishga imkon beradi va 
shu bilan til o‘rganish jarayonini yaxshilaydi. Texnologiya o‘qituvchilarga o‘z 
o‘quvchilari uchun til o‘rganishni osonlashtirishga yordam beradigan vosita 
sifatida ahamiyatini oshirishda davom etmoqda. Axborot texnologiyalari ingliz 
tilini o‘qitishda muhim rol o‘ynadi va u yangi o‘qitish usulini o‘rganish uchun 
yaxshiroq vositani taklif qildi. Maqolaning maqsadi - ingliz tilini o‘qitish 
samaradorligini oshirishda, ingliz tili darslarida talabalarning ijodiy qobiliyatlarini 
rivojlantirishda axborot texnologiyalaridan foydalanish. Talabalar uchun 
Internetda turli xil onlayn vositalar mavjud va ingliz tili o‘qituvchilari uchun 
zamonaviy vositalarni tavsiya qiladi.

 Introduction. 
It has become very clear that everyone’s life is intensively affected by 
technology and the rapid flow information. Technology plays an essential role in 
the development of society. According to this fact, it is necessary to make the best 
use of modern technology devices to help the process of English language 
learning.
Currently, teaching English is also increasingly diverse, ranging from 
using manual media or visual media such as blackboards, chalk, markers until to 
internet-based media and technologies such as audio-visual. In the process of 
teaching and learning English, preparation of teaching tools by teachers can help 
students to easy understood about the material in the learning. Also, the teaching 
method, which is used by teachers to deliver lesson can attract students' attention 
so that the learning process takes place, is also a component that supports the 
learning process. In this 21 century era, communication technology (ICT) is 
significantly and highly used in many sectors of human life to make an easier way 



of life.
This fact is undeniably clear that English is the language of the world. We 
can say the new ways of learning are developing gradually and using them 
effectively main tasks of every person who is trying to acquire knowledge After 
the proclamation of the Independence, to reinforce the youth’s knowledge and 
education, a huge amount of actions have been done. Notably On December 10, 
2012 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a decree “On 
measures to further improve foreign language learning system.” Nowadays English 
is the chief language of international business and academic conferences,
the 
leading language of international tourism. The time has come to create in 
Uzbekistan a new system of teaching foreign languages, which will become a solid 
foundation for the future.
Since we set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, 
graduates of schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must be fluent in at least 
two foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion 
for the work of the head of each education institution, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said. It 
was noted that over the next three years, all 53 thousand foreign language teachers 
in schools should receive an international certificate. The task was set to fill 
vacancies in schools with qualified specialists.
207 schools in districts and cities 
will specialize in in-depth teaching of foreign languages. These schools will be 
given the freedom to choose foreign-made books, advanced curricula and 
methodologies, teaching will be conducted in a foreign language. English is the 
main language of popular music, advertising, home computers and video games. 
Most of the scientific, technological and academic information in the world is 
expressed in English. In fact, more than a decade ago, English used to be added as 
a secondary subject on the 1th grade to the school curriculum however these days 
English language has started being taught as the children set their heart on 
schooling.The use of modern technology in teaching English is broadly understood 
to encompass an innovative application of methods, tools, materials, devices, 
systems, and strategies which are directly relevant to English language teaching 
and lead to the achievement of the desired goals. Thus, while technology is 
generally accepted as an important educational and auxiliary tool across a range of 
teaching and learning contexts, it is particularly true of English language teaching 
since it affords a number of potential opportunities to enhance both the content and 
delivery of the pedagogies typically associated with traditional English language 
instruction. This is primarily achieved by enabling the student and teacher to 
revisit problematic content time after time until it is fully understood and 
assimilated. Familiarity with the concept of using modern technology is not merely 



limited to the use of modern appliances and devices, but rather obtains to the 
introduction of innovative systems and methods of teaching which facilitate faster 
comprehensive more learning progression. According to prevailing pedagogical 
theories, in using the learning potential of technology students are better able to 
acquire and hone their language knowledge and skills. The use of technology in 
teaching English consolidates the integrated view of the modern means system and 
association with other components which benefits students by achieving the 
required results. The use of modern technology in English language teaching has 
therefore become indispensable, especially in the wake of unprecedented 
developments across numerous fields and disciplines. It is essential that the 
education sector keep apace of the global technological revolution by adopting 
modern technological means such as computerization, multi-media devices, mobile 
phones, audio-visual effects applications, and social media, to optimize English 
language instruction and equip teachers to connect with classroom language 
learners in a systematic and advanced way. The Internet provides easy, immediate, 
and virtually unlimited access to software, applications, and a host of ancillary 
platforms and materials which can expedite English teaching and learning. While 
these affordances may be widely available to all, it is noted that teachers often play 
a key role in operating the different tools and teaching methods. Moreover, many 
such program are specifically designed to promote effective English teaching 
whilst simultaneously increasing learner understanding and attainment of English 
language skills I have raised this topic to make a clear cut that learners feel 
demotivated to learn English as a foreign language and show boredom and 
disinterest when learning with the classical teaching method. In reality, they want 
to learn with new techniques and tools suitable to their life style, which is affected 
to a great extent by the advancement of technology. So, we hope through the 
research’s findings, to make teachers aware of the positive effect of using videos in 
the teaching-learning process. More generally, we hope that the results of this 
study would be beneficial for solving the difficulties faced when applying videos.
