The leg of the chair is broken - chair bu obyektga kiradi(tirik narsa emas), shuning uchun agar bizar chair(ni) haqida gapirsak, oshanga “of the” ishlatiladi.
The dog’s leg is broken - dog bu kuchuk u degani kuchuk bu tirik narsa, oshanga “ ’s ” ishlatiladi
My father’s house is really nice. - is the preferred sentence

The house of my father is really nice - this sentence is almost never used (munaqa gap uncha ishlatilmaydi - grammatically correct, but it’s just a preference.

Most - most restaurants expect a tip - bu yerda bir hil, agar “of the yoki of ” qoyilmagan bolsa u degani hamma restaranga kiradi agar - Most of the restaurants bolsa - u degani qaysidir restaranlar boladi, men bilgan restaranlar bolishi ham mumkin
