2.2.2 REFLECTION

Teaching process allows you to put everything into action that you have learned about education and your subject matter. Spending much of my time preparing homework which I gave above, I understood that a modern teacher should contemplate everything, every tool s/he uses and every step of the new lesson must be planned considering learners levels, interests and hopes as there are different approaches and methods of teaching languages

In my future working process flexibility and confidence will be in the main point. Before organizing my every lesson I try to think and plan everything that might happen in my classroom with my learners. Today’s students can not be compared with last years’. They are so eager to learn and ready to experience. So as a teacher I must approach to my process with responsibility. The adoption of a communicative approach raises important issues for teacher training, materials development, testing and evaluation and assessment.

The book “Reconceptualizing language teaching; an in-service teacher education course in Uzbekistan” helped me to find and distinguish my weak points and made me to think about my shortcomings in teaching. I understood and knew on what things I have to work in order to teach my learners to be communicatively competent and realized how to achieve professional development. Now I will try to use all competences which were absolutely new for me. Besides I found the answer to the question about the difference between goals and objectives. And now while planning my lessons I use these structures.

And now I can say that while writing my project work I followed all these new teaching principles and strategies learning different methods and techniques. In my conclusion I can say that this book can be handy for my future working process with its different helpful basic components of methodology different methods and approaches, and the ways how to design lesson plan, how to observe and assess at the same time giving feedback.
