Our topic in this course work is Stylistic aspects of word- formation means in modern English.

The main aim of this work is thatgiving and sharing all presumptions about Stylistic aspects of word- formation means in modern English.

The practical valueof this work is that all materials, which are mentioned ,can be used in the special lessons in which students participate.

The structure given in this paper is divided into some parts such as Introduction and two chapters that will be described and adduced some examples.
