The diagram given illustrates the changes, need to be done, between existing and proposed floor plans.
If emphasized in further details, it can be generalized that thanks to some transportation, living room area will be broaden.
According to the plan, the places of main entrance doors, one in the north-west side of the building near the kitchen and the other located in the central south part, are remained untouched while placed on the north side of the diagram internal doors which lead to living room and kitchen will be displaced near the south-side entrance gate and open only to the kitchen. Due to the internal doors’ displacement more stairs will be built and it causes to diminish the hall in the proposed plan. Dining room located in the east side of the building are being planned to be stretched its area by removing the wall which stands along with living-room-side in the existing plan. The kitchen area, however, after having added some furniture, will be narrowed in future.

It is mainly believed that the main factor for reducing traffic accidents is punishing drivers strictly for their illegal activities while others think that accidents could be reduced by other alternative options. I believe that severe retribution would definitely lead to reduction of the number of car accidents. This essay will discuss both aforementioned viewpoints in further detail.
It is clear that if the government has the drivers who act illegally, punished severely, reduction occurs in the number of car crashes. Moreover, impose some high fines or prison sentences for a petty negligence, such as putting a seat-belt or talking over the phone which causes sometimes the death of pedestrians, could help the drivers feel more responsibility. The responsibility they can feel, the less accidents can happen. It is therefore agreed that the best way to curb accidents on road is creating more strict rules and punishments. Recent survey showed that, for instance, in Germany the number of accidents decrease dramatically after harsh punishments.
However, many people believe not strict punishments but other alternative rules could be helpful as a halt to accidents. Other options like taking drivers’ car or license for a particular time would certainly stop accidents temporarily but once they get their car or license, because of the human nature, everything will start again. Due to the fact that people tend to repeat their mistakes until they are stopped or threatened strictly, so normal restrictions could not be much helpful as a curb to accidents.
In conclusion, while the benefits of strict restrictions or punishments are more to decrease road accidents, some people still have faith in alternative rules. As long as we keep in mind how irrelevant the nature of human is, the only viable way for road accidents’ reduction is severe punishments.
