Balance:
USA:
1. Reduced rate of fire for Javelin by 25%. Increased damage by 25%.
2. Increased cost for Ranger, Missile Defender, Javelin and Marine by
50$.
3. Increased HP of Centurion C-RAM by 30%.
4. Valkyrie and Reaper no longer survive a single hit by a heavy anti-air
missile.
5. Reduced HP of Stryker by 25%
6. Switched C-RAM and Raytheon. Increased damage of Rayteon from
58 to 80, increased range from 280 to 380, reduced build time from
18s to 10s. Increased damage of C-RAM from 6.5 to 8.5, increased
range from 300 to 350, unit can now attack ground targets.
7. Increased Star Streak Trooper attack range from 250 to 300.
Russia:
1. Increased delay between shots for Iskander-K by 50%.
2. Switched Tor-M1 and Tunguska. Increased damage of Tor-M1 from 53
to 55, increased range from 300 to 350, unit now fires without
reloading, increased cost from 700 to 1100.
3. Tor-M1 can now shoot down ballistic missiles.
4. Tor-M1 missile speed increased from 525 to 1200. Acceleration
increased from 825 to 1200. Missile turn rate increased from 625 to
1000.
5. Pantsir-S1 was removed from Heavy Assault Forces. It is now the
main anti-air vehicle of Strategic Missile Forces.
6. Increased Mi-24 speed from 60 to 85.
7. Increased Igla Trooper attack range from 250 to 300.
China:
1. Reduced damage of Dragon Tank’s flamethrower by 30%.
2. Reduced splash damage of DF-12 by 25%. Increased scatter radius of
missiles from 10 to 100.
3. Increased FN-6 Trooper attack range from 250 to 275.

GLA:
1. Reduced build time for Barracks, Rebels, RPG Troopers and Stinger
Troopers by 50%.
2. Reduced Rebel attack range from 110 to 100.
3. Increased RPG Trooper attack range from 120 to 180.
4. Increased Stinger Trooper attack range from 200 to 250.
Uncategorized:
1. Major improvements and balances in movement speed for ground
units of all factions. Infantry and light wheeled vehicles of all factions
are now faster. Speed of the units of factions is now calibrated by how
fast the faction is intended to be: GLA (Fastest), USA (Fast), China
(Slow), Russia (Slowest).
2. Increased resistance of Light Tanks against flame: they take 20% of
full damage instead of 50%.
3. Reduced range of all remote-controlled helicopter machine guns
(Apache, Z-10, Helix) by 30%.
4. Reduced damage Viper, Mi-24 and Helix were dealing to anti-air
vehicles with their machine guns.
Bugs:
1. Fixed an issue with J-10 Missile Upgrade being swapped with Aircraft
Armor Upgrade after picking subfaction.
2. Fixed an issue with certain units and structures not being able to be
disabled.
3. Fixed an issue with the Reinforcement Pad plane not dropping tanks
on Dogs of War [TEOD] (4).
Maps:
1. Added Heatstroke Canyon (8).
2. Added Frostbiten Industry (6). Thanks to Pekaman for making those
maps exclusively for TEOD.
