I am Megan Maxwell, a lawyer for law firm and I would like to suggest some solutions to your problem.
One of your familiar asked for a loan years ago and still has not repaid. In spite of the fact that her car had been pledged, she had sold it to someone else.
In such a situation we need to define every detail thoroughly. As for the concept of debt, it is a contract between two people, the former gives, the latter receives money on the condition of repayment for a certain period. When it comes to collateral, it is the process of transferring property in order for the debtor to fulfill its obligation to the owner.
