1. CALL TO ORDER:  The meeting was called to order by Courtland Rouse, President, at 5:11 P.M.
2. OLD BUSINESS:
D. Discuss and possible action to approve the Fiscal Budget for 2013-2014:
Budget Committee Chairman Rick Gould stated that with the help from the volunteer homeowners these numbers were shown separately with our budget information. After lengthy discussion on budget items and the rising cost of electricity the Board of Directors made necessary changes to try to hold down costs for all homeowners. Items discussed were the membership fee income, water fee per hour, other services, escrow transfer fees, finance charges, misc./other revenue, direct costs of water delivery, purchase-power, state water fees, pump supplies, transportation gas and oil for all departments, irrigation/maintenance labor, salaries, health insurance, depreciation expense, building and equipment repair, repair-pumps maintenance, material, outside services, telephone, liability insurance, legal fees, accounting services, review, collection fees, other contract services, postage, office supplies, and the net profit or (loss).
3. Consideration of Action to go into Executive Session of the Board pursuant to A.R.S. Sections 38-431.03.A.1 to review employee evaluations and compensation
MOTION President Courtland Rouse made a motion to go into Executive Session. Member Victor Armendariz seconded the motion. Motion Passed, unanimously.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
4. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Courtland Rouse, President, at 8:13 P.M.
MOTION President Courtland Rouse made a motion to approve the new irrigation water hourly rate of $25.68. Secretary Kay Lorenzen seconded the motion. Motion Passed, unanimously.
MOTION President Courtland Rouse made a motion to approve the new monthly membership fee of $39.23 per acre, per month. Secretary Kay Lorenzen seconded the motion. Motion Passed, unanimously.
MOTION Member, Courtland Rouse made a motion to approve the capital fee to $2.50 per acre, per month. Secretary Kay Lorenzen seconded the motion. Motion Passed, unanimously.
MOTION President, Courtland Rouse made a motion to accept the new budget in its entirety for the fiscal year 2013-2014. Secretary Kay Lorenzen seconded the motion. Motion Passed, unanimously.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Without objection, meeting adjourned at 8:22 PM.
