INTRODUCTION
National wealth is the set of resources that determine a country's conditions for the production of goods, services, and livelihoods. In general, the National Wealth Index, which is used to describe the country's property status, includes the natural resources of people accumulated in various forms, as well as the balance of financial assets and accounts abroad. The calculation of national wealth is based on the concept of the system of national accounts. National wealth is of great importance in the life and development of the people of each country and is a very important macroeconomic and general economic indicator that reflects the overall standard of living, the country's potential. National wealth was first calculated by the English economist W. Petty (1623-1687) in 1664, the first assessment of national wealth in France was made in 1789, in the United States in 1805, and in Russia in 1864. U. Petty said that “labor is the father of wealth, the earth is its mother,” and understood that total wealth consists of the products produced. In calculating the national wealth, it is necessary to take into account, first of all, the material basis of the life and development of the winter community, first of all, the material nature, first of all natural resources - land, subsoil, water, forests and others. Then the material wealth produced and accumulated by human labor through them must be fully accounted for: 1) material resources in the field of material production; fixed assets; working capital; their reserves; 2) tangible assets in the non-manufacturing sector; fixed assets, including housing; other material assets; 3) long-term material benefits in the household; 4) various reserve funds. These funds can be further divided into two funds: 1) productive funds; 2) direct consumer funds. The classification of national wealth by form of ownership is important. At the same time, it is important to take into account who owns and uses the natural resources and the resources that are produced and accumulated in each particular period. The national wealth of a country, a society does not consist only of its material wealth. It has spiritual and other elements. The population of a country, its ability to work, its mental and physical abilities, and its various skills, are in fact the main wealth of any society from a human point of view. That is why today all countries strive to preserve and develop their people, their spirituality and their culture; All material (natural and manufactured) goods, spiritual goods (science, culture, art, etc.) must serve man. The economic literature also refers to human labor, mental and physical abilities as “human capital”. At present, relevant experts and institutions around the world are assessing the human potential, natural resources and renewable resources in different countries, determining their total volume, sum and per capita. According to World Bank experts, by the end of the 20th century, humanity will have reached 550 trillion. Wealth of more than US $ (or $ 90,000 per capita); including the United States, with a maximum of $ 120 trillion. dollars ($ 460,000 per capita). With the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, all the wealth of the country was transformed into national wealth, national property. This is stated in Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Foundations of State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (August 31, 1991): Wealth is the national wealth and property of the Republic of Uzbekistan. " Therefore, first of all, the most urgent task is to accurately assess the human potential of the country, its natural and created (produced) resources, their structural coordination, multiplication and improvement.
The concept of "cultural riches". It is from ancestors to generations arrived on the basis of succession, the present and future of humanity material and spiritual wealth, which is of great importance for is a great culture that constitutes the property of all mankind and represents natural monuments. It is the centuries of the people, the nation written sources and folklore.
