The aims of the lesson: a) Educational aim of the lesson: to give information about theme, to speak about it and explain new words.

b)Upbringing aim: to educate pupils to be hard working and intelligent, to make the students to respect other countries art, traditions and to direct pupils to love their motherland.

c)Developing aim: to develop pupil’s skills and habits of reading, listening, writing, their oral speech and pronunciation.

The Method of the lesson: speaking, writing, working with cards, doing exercises.

The Type of the lesson: written, orally, mixed, traditionally.

The Equipment of the lesson: English book, vocabulary, dictionary, pictures, posters.

The Procedure of the lesson: Greeting.

- Good morning (afternoon) pupils. I am glad to see you. Sit down, please.

- Who is on duty today? Who is absent today?

-What is the date today? What is the day today?

- What season is it now? What is the weather like today ?

The Main part of the lesson. New words.

Ex 1a. Look at the school rules from the UK and the USA in Lesson 1 again. Find and write words which mean:

1. the things which belong to someone 2. the place where the school is and all the school buildings 3. rings, earrings ,etc. made of gold and silver

4. the place where visitors to the school must report and where pupils must report if they leave the school 5. the person who is responsible for you but is not your mother or father 6. a letter which says you can leave

Ex 2. Look at the picture and answer the questions.

What is happening in the picture? Has something like this ever happened to you?

Why did someone punish you? Did it hurt? Do you think it was good for you?

Ex 2a. Find this words in the Wordlist. Write the part of speech and the translation.

Ex 2b. Match the words in 2a with these nouns.
