Use the support systems. 
There is plenty of support available for 
online students. This includes student-only social forums, Person-
al Tutors, and the university’s well-being or support team. Make 
sure you know how to contact these services and make use of 
them. You are studying alone at a distance, and it is therefore 
expected that you will want additional support.
