INTRODUCTION
According to the document, foreign languages, overwhelmingly English language, will be taught in all schools of Uzbekistan from kindergartens and first classes as game plays. From the second class, the alphabet, reading and grammar will be held.
Recent years, the development can be seen in education system. The responsibility of teachers is increasing in order to introduce the foreign language at a high level to the learners of our Republic. The bright proof of it is the decree About organizing commission in developing the system of publishing books and spreading them, increasing the culture of reading and recitation as well as popularization by our President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev in 2017 on the 12th of January. This problem was not discussed accidentally. Today the process of teaching the foreign language should be organized with strict plans. We, teachers should solve these kinds of defects and to help the learners of our Republic to widen their world outlook.
This attention for teaching foreign languages is being developed by our President Sh. M. Mirziyoyev by going on to sign increasing decrees. Especially, the last Presidential decree 2909 pays great attention to improve the foreign languages teaching and learning processes [12,4]. There was written to widen the number of language learners in every educational place. Moreover, very large amount of money is involved to improve foreign language teaching. These developments are organized with teachers and so teachers should create their own teaching approaches and techniques. In this way pedagogical technologies are the main helpers for teachers. In this course work I will investigate this theme by giving some of technologies [2].
From 2018/2019 years, special topics, especially technical and international specialties, at higher educational establishments have being conducted in foreign languages.
